1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoClips, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of AutoClips, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Use of Services
AutoClips provides an AI-powered video creation service for personal and commercial use. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to the violation of intellectual property rights or privacy.
4. Content Creation and Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create using AutoClips. However, you grant AutoClips a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
5. Data Retention
Videos, images, audio and project files you generate with AutoClips are kept for 90 days from the date they are created. After 90 days we permanently remove them from our systems, and they cannot be recovered.
You can download your content at any time during those 90 days. Anything you have already posted to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or X stays on those platforms — this covers only the copies stored in AutoClips.
Your account, your credits and your subscription records are not affected. We keep those separately for as long as your account is open.
This section takes effect on 1 October 2026. From that date the 90-day limit applies to all generated content, including content created before then — so please download anything older that you want to keep before 1 October 2026.
6. AI-Generated Content
AutoClips uses AI to generate content. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the content before use.
7. Intellectual Property
The AutoClips service, including its software, design, and features, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of AutoClips is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AutoClips at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms of Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
AutoClips is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of AutoClips after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Third-Party Platform Integration
AutoClips integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube and TikTok. When using these integrations:
- You must comply with the respective platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
- You are responsible for the content you upload to these platforms through AutoClips.
- AutoClips is not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms regarding your account or content.
- You may disconnect your accounts from AutoClips at any time.
- By using the TikTok integration, you agree to TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- By using the YouTube integration, you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
